If for any reason, you are not, simply return it to Seaward, 11 Bracken Hill, South West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 2LS within 30 days of despatch date, unused in its original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note and quote your account number and order number, and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.

You are responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return. Any Goods returned after 30 days as ’unwanted’ or ’incorrectly ordered’ may be accepted at the discretion of Seaward but will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of £10).
